What we collect

  • Account data: name, email, phone, password hash, 2FA settings.
  • Shipment data: recipient addresses, parcel contents, declared values, uploaded invoices and customs documents.
  • Payment data: deposit amounts and references. Card details are handled by our payment processors and never stored by us.
  • Security data: IP addresses, device identifiers and login history, used for fraud prevention.
  • Identity verification: ID documents when KYC is required.

Why we use it

  • To perform our contract with you (receiving, forwarding and delivering parcels).
  • To meet legal obligations (customs, tax, sanctions screening, anti-money-laundering).
  • Legitimate interests: preventing fraud and abuse, securing accounts, improving the service.

Who we share it with

Carriers and customs authorities (to deliver your shipment), payment processors, identity-verification and email providers acting as our processors. We do not sell personal data.

Retention and your rights

Shipment and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and customs law; other data is deleted when no longer needed. You can request access, correction, deletion or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by contacting our support team (Dashboard → Support). You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Security

Passwords are hashed with Argon2id, sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest, uploaded documents are only accessible to you and authorised staff, and all traffic uses HTTPS.
