Template text — have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer for your jurisdiction before launch.
We only forward lawful goods that every carrier in the route accepts. By placing an order you confirm your shipment contains none of the items below and that your customs declaration (contents, value, HS code) is accurate.
Never accepted
- Weapons & ammunition: Firearms and their parts, ammunition, replicas, explosives, fireworks, tasers and pepper spray.
- Drugs & controlled substances: Narcotics, psychotropic substances, drug paraphernalia and prescription medicines without a valid prescription and import permit.
- Dangerous goods: Flammable liquids and solids, compressed gases, corrosives, poisons, radioactive material, and loose lithium batteries (batteries installed in devices are accepted under carrier rules).
- Counterfeit & infringing goods: Fake branded products and any item that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Money & valuables: Cash, coins, bearer bonds, gift cards or prepaid cards in bulk, precious metals and loose gemstones.
- Fraud-enabling items: Card skimmers, cloned cards, forged documents, identity documents of other people, and any item intended to defraud carriers, merchants or customs.
- Living things & remains: Live animals and insects, plants and seeds without phytosanitary certificates, human or animal remains.
- Restricted consumables: Perishable food, alcohol and tobacco beyond the destination's allowances, and CBD/hemp products where illegal.
- Sanctioned destinations & parties: Shipments to sanctioned countries, regions or listed persons, or goods subject to export control without a licence.
What happens if we find a prohibited item
- The shipment is held and not forwarded. Fees already paid for handling are non-refundable.
- Where the law requires it, we report the shipment to the relevant authorities and cooperate with investigations.
- Accounts that knowingly ship prohibited goods or under-declare value are suspended.
Carrier and destination rules
Carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD and others) and destination countries maintain their own restricted-items lists, which may be stricter than this policy. Their rules always apply. Contact support before shipping anything you're unsure about.
